1. General Policy

All payments made for hosting services, servers, SSL certificates, software licenses, domain registrations, and digital services are subject to this Refund Policy.

Because our services are digital and instantly provisioned, refunds are limited and are provided only under specific conditions.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally.
  • Service could not be activated due to a technical issue from our side.
  • Wrong service purchased and cancellation requested before activation/setup.
  • Failure to deliver the purchased service within the committed timeframe.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees.
  • SSL certificates after issuance.
  • Dedicated servers, VPS servers, cloud servers, or custom-configured servers once deployed.
  • Software licenses and downloadable products.
  • Setup fees and installation charges.
  • Services suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Renewal payments for active services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

5. Abuse & Fraud

No refund will be issued if:

  • The service is used for illegal activities, spam, phishing, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Fake or misleading information is provided during signup.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated without contacting us first.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are requested to contact our billing department before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of all services.

7. Service Downtime

While we aim for maximum uptime and reliability, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseen technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

8. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our website.
